With an MBA in marketing and a degree in business as well as digital media, he worked in London at a private college in the marketing department after which he was headhunted by a leading developer in Goa to work as a Marketing manager. Two years later he co- founded Rain Developers, a property development, project management and construction-contracting company in Goa, India. He has undertaken multiple development projects for India’s most successful individuals, from Politicians and Industrialists to cricketers. With over eleven years of experience in the real estate field, Rishad has a keen eye for detail and an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the international wealth/capital transfers, banking regulations, real estate acquisition and management.
