Rishad D’Cruz is an honors alumnus of the University of Wales, UK. With an MBA in marketing and a degree in business as well as digital media, he worked in London at a private college in the marketing department after which he was headhunted by a leading developer in Goa to work as a Marketing manager. Two years later he co- founded Rain Developers, a property development, project management and construction-contracting company in Goa, India. He has undertaken multiple development projects for India’s most successful individuals, from Politicians and Industrialists to cricketers. Some of his UK based clients have commissioned his organization to plan and execute complex Architectural design briefs. With over eleven years of experience in the real estate field, in Goa and the UK, he has a keen eye for detail and an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the planning application system in the state of Goa.

(Labour issues, construction of labour toilets, health certification as per Government requirements, preparation of ID cards, inspection of sand trucks, conversion of water and electricity meter reading to commercial from residential during the process of construction, etc)
  • Immediate coordination with design departments and ground crew for any immediate changes: To prevent any breakage if design has been executed already.
